Welcome to the Lumia Stream Affiliate and Partner Program. These Affiliate Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the affiliate and partner programs operated by Lumia Stream LLC ("Lumia Stream," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By applying for, registering for, or participating in our Affiliate or Partner Program ("Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our general Terms of Use.
1. Program Overview
The Lumia Stream Affiliate and Partner Program allows approved individuals, content creators, streamers, and businesses to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to Lumia Stream.
Participants may promote Lumia Stream through approved referral links, promotional codes, social media, websites, livestreams, videos, and other lawful marketing channels.
Participation in the Program is subject to approval by Lumia Stream.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain an active Lumia Stream account.
- Comply with applicable laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies.
- Own or have authorization to use the websites, channels, or accounts through which you promote Lumia Stream.
Lumia Stream reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination from the Program.
3. Affiliate and Partner Benefits
Lumia Stream offers two participation categories.
Affiliate Program
Approved affiliates may receive:
- 5% commission on the first qualifying payment made by each referred customer.
- A 20% discount for referred customers using the affiliate's promotional code on their first eligible payment.
- Access to an affiliate dashboard for managing referrals and tracking commissions.
Partner Program (Paused currently)
Approved partners may receive:
- 10% commission on the first qualifying payment made by each referred customer.
- A 30% discount for referred customers using the partner's promotional code on their first eligible payment.
- Complimentary access to Lumia Stream Premium for the duration of the active partnership.
- A designated role in the official Lumia Stream Discord server.
- Access to a partner dashboard for managing referrals and tracking commissions.
Partner participation is subject to separate approval and availability.
Lumia Stream may introduce additional benefits or promotional opportunities at its discretion.
4. Referral Tracking and Commission Eligibility
Each approved participant may receive a unique referral link or promotional code.
A referral qualifies for commission when:
- A new customer purchases an eligible Lumia Stream subscription using the participant's valid referral link or promotional code.
- The customer's payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
- The transaction is legitimate and complies with these Terms.
- The transaction is successfully attributed to the participant through Lumia Stream's tracking system.
Commissions are calculated on the first eligible payment only. Subscription renewals, subsequent purchases, and recurring payments do not generate additional commissions unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Commissions are calculated on the eligible amount actually paid, excluding applicable taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, and payment adjustments.
Lumia Stream does not guarantee that every referral, click, or registration will result in a commission.
5. Commission Payments
Eligible commissions will be recorded in the participant's affiliate or partner dashboard.
Commission payments are subject to verification, fraud prevention checks, and applicable payment processing requirements.
Lumia Stream may withhold or reverse commissions associated with:
- Refunded or canceled transactions.
- Chargebacks or disputed payments.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.
- Duplicate or manipulated referrals.
- Violations of these Terms.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information and complying with applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
Payment methods, payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and processing requirements will be communicated through the affiliate dashboard or directly by Lumia Stream.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Participants are encouraged to promote Lumia Stream through original, accurate, and helpful content.
Acceptable promotional activities include:
- Creating tutorials, product demonstrations, and educational videos.
- Sharing referral links during livestreams or on social media.
- Publishing honest reviews and recommendations.
- Including Lumia Stream in relevant software comparisons and streaming guides.
- Sharing promotional codes with interested audiences.
All promotional materials must accurately represent Lumia Stream's features, pricing, and capabilities.
Participants must not make false claims, guarantee results, or misrepresent their relationship with Lumia Stream.
7. Prohibited Activities
Participants must not engage in activities that could harm Lumia Stream, its customers, or its reputation.
Prohibited activities include:
- Sending unsolicited promotional emails or spam.
- Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems to generate fraudulent referrals.
- Creating misleading advertisements or impersonating Lumia Stream.
- Making purchases through their own referral links or codes to obtain unauthorized commissions.
- Offering unauthorized cashback, incentives, or discounts.
- Using deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, or referral tracking manipulation.
- Promoting Lumia Stream through illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Registering domains or social media accounts that impersonate Lumia Stream.
- Using Lumia Stream trademarks in paid search advertisements without prior written authorization.
- Misrepresenting the participant's status as an employee or official representative of Lumia Stream.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and forfeiture of commissions associated with prohibited activities.
8. Advertising Disclosure and Compliance
Participants must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Lumia Stream whenever promoting the service.
Disclosures must comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including relevant Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines.
An acceptable disclosure may include:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase Lumia Stream through my link."
Disclosures must be clear, visible, and placed close to the promotional content or referral link.
Participants are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms on which they publish promotional content.
9. Intellectual Property and Brand Usage
Lumia Stream grants approved participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use authorized Lumia Stream names, logos, and promotional materials solely for promoting the Program.
Participants may not:
- Modify Lumia Stream logos or trademarks in a misleading manner.
- Claim ownership of Lumia Stream intellectual property.
- Use branding that falsely suggests official company representation.
- Register trademarks, domains, or business names incorporating Lumia Stream branding without written permission.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Lumia Stream or its respective licensors.
Upon termination of participation, authorization to use Lumia Stream promotional materials ends.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Participants operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Lumia Stream.
Participation does not establish an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise.
Participants are solely responsible for their promotional activities, expenses, taxes, and compliance obligations.
Participants have no authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Lumia Stream.
11. Program Modifications
Lumia Stream reserves the right to modify the Program, including commission rates, discounts, eligibility requirements, benefits, and promotional guidelines.
Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels, such as email, the affiliate dashboard, or the Lumia Stream website.
Unless otherwise stated, updated commission terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on valid referrals.
Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Suspension and Termination
Lumia Stream may suspend or terminate a participant's access to the Program for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, misuse, or other legitimate business reasons.
Participants may request to leave the Program by contacting Lumia Stream support.
Upon termination:
- Referral links and promotional codes may be deactivated.
- Access to affiliate or partner benefits may be revoked.
- Complimentary Premium access, where applicable, may be discontinued.
- Participants must cease unauthorized use of Lumia Stream branding.
- Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable, subject to verification and applicable payment requirements.
Lumia Stream may withhold commissions attributable to fraudulent transactions or violations of these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided on an "as available" basis.
Lumia Stream does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of affiliate tracking systems, dashboards, promotional tools, or payment services.
We do not guarantee any particular number of referrals, conversions, commissions, or earnings.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumia Stream LLC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or interruptions to affiliate tracking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution provisions of Lumia Stream's general Terms of Use, to the extent legally enforceable.
